At Alvin's Island, we want you to love your beachwear and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.
Check Eligibility
Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Swimwear must have the hygiene liner intact to be eligible for a return.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and print your prepaid shipping label.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location using the provided label.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
